are fundamental when focusing on attribute building for martial arts and other athletes needs.
With our Kettlebell TAP Drill we explore and enhance theses attributes while having a lot of Fun in the process.
**The Kettlebell TAP Drill is no joke!**
You need a good level of strength, Endurance, Coordination as well as a GREAT kettlebell swing before getting started with this drill.
If you feel that you are ready to ATTACK this drill, give it a try and let us know what you think of it.
Try to get at least 2 TAPS on Any part of the kettlebell while it is flipping and work your way up to more TAPS.
**Remember that you are most-likely NOT wearing Steel-toe boots, ;-), so keep those feet moving and Be Smart while performing this Drill. Safety is EVERYTHING! Remember that Baby-Steps will get you there the fastest.
Start with just releasing the kettlebell and performing your TAPS. Once you feel comfortable, progress to Flipping the Bell and then Tapping.
