The Summer has just gotten started in NJ and it is getting HOT! I was working with a new client on Saturday and I was asked for a coordination drill that would get the client moving in various directions while traveling with the kettlebell. The client is new to me but not to kettlebell practice. He is an MMA fighter, in great shape and needed a drill to challenge him but not overwhelm him.
I introduced him to the Kettlebell Figure 8 Box Drill.

-Get you used to “traveling” with the kettlebell
